I came to Polaris PT, and Brig, battling osteoarthritis, torn meniscus, and several strains in my knees. Pain was so bad I had trouble sleeping and certainly couldn’t maintain the active lifestyle I was accustomed to. After a 10 session “regiment”, and assigned home exercises, guided by the expertise of Brig, I have made amazing strides in my recovery. I can sleep at night, the pain has subsided to almost none, and I’m actually back to playing soccer(which I never thought would happen)on a regular basis. I can’t thank Polaris PT and Brig enough in aiding me in my recovery, helping me regain strength, operate day to day with minimal pain, and have the confidence in my knees again.
